As part of your overall martial arts training at Oneonta Genbu-Kai Dojo at Harmony Martial Arts & Fitness you will have the opportunity to learn several weapons of self defense. Training with each weapon enhances your hand-eye coordination, dexterity, balance, speed, agility, and flexibility. As you progress with your kobudo training there will also be the opportunity to test for ranking in the discipline. Here are the weapons of self defense that are practiced:
